Why the Lighthouse at the EICA?

View of an outdoor garden area with picnic tables, trees, and a grassy lawn, seen from a balcony with a black railing. A sign indicating a fire exit is visible on the balcony.

Step out of the house and into a community built for focus, movement, and connection — coworking beside the waves, the wall, the gym and whatever comes next.

The lighthouse provides flexible coworking and fixed desks with membership, monthly, weekly, and daily drop-in options available.
